Margulies Perruzzi Architects has made a fundamental commitment to designing for sustainability. More than 70% of our staff are LEED accredited professionals, who work with our clients to determine what sustainable and green architectural design considerations would be most beneficial to each project. We work with and encourage our clients to identify sustainable goals and strategies, and to establish LEED certification levels if appropriate. Our LEED-Accredited Professionals advise on best techniques for saving energy and resources, whether the project is a building design, interior design, or a renovation. Since 2006, the majority of our completed projects have been LEED certified, spanning the levels of Certified, Silver and Gold.
